preferences, and payment status (handled securely by payment gateways). We also
collect your contact number to enrol you in our
Loyal Paprikaa Rewards program and to share occasional updates or
discount offers via call or WhatsApp. We do not store full card details or
sensitive payment information.

We use your data to process orders, improve menu and service quality, and provide
customer support. With your consent, we may also use your contact information to
share loyalty points, festive offers, or personalized promotions through WhatsApp or
SMS.

All payments are processed through reputed, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do
not sell or trade your data. Limited information may be shared only with
trusted partners such as delivery, loyalty, or payment service providers — strictly
to fulfil or enhance your experience.

Refunds & Cancellations
We prepare every order fresh. To keep things fair and efficient, please review how
refunds and cancellations work at
Pink Paprikaa.

Order lock-in: Once preparation begins, we cannot cancel or change
the order.

Refund eligibility: wrong item delivered, missing item(s), or
completely spoiled/inedible food.

Report window: Raise issues within 30 minutes of
delivery/pickup with order ID, a brief note, and a clear photo if applicable.

Refund mode & timeline:
Approved cases are processed within
5–7 working days back to the original method or as Pink Paprikaa
credit.

Aggregator orders: For Swiggy, Zomato, etc., their platform
policies apply. Please contact their support directly for refunds.
